Charlie Shah

Charlie Shah is an accomplished attorney with nearly 30 years of experience at Gordon, Dana & Gilmore, LLC. He focuses on tax law, business litigation, and corporate transactions. Over his career, Charlie has adeptly handled numerous complex matters, such as IRS audits, tax controversies, and high-stakes business disputes.

Charlie earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1996, where he excelled in appellate advocacy and participated on the National Moot Court Team. Prior to this, he completed both a B.A. and a B.S. at the University of Texas at Austin.
