Gregory C. Starkey

Gregory C. Starkey is the founder of the Birmingham Men's Law Firm, a practice dedicated to representing husbands, fathers, and other men involved in divorce and family law matters. Mr. Starkey earned his Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed his law degree at the Birmingham School of Law, graduating in the top 10 of his class.

Since beginning his legal career in 2004, Mr. Starkey has expanded his practice to include bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, evictions, and tax law. This breadth of experience is invaluable to his family law clients, many of whom encounter these issues during divorce or custody proceedings.

Having personally experienced divorce, Mr. Starkey understands the challenges from both perspectives. He is committed to empathizing with those affected and works diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes.
