Jason Katz

Jason Katz is a dedicated attorney based in Alabaster, Alabama, committed to providing outstanding legal representation throughout the state. He leverages his strong foundation in both communications and law to offer a client-centered approach, ensuring each client receives attentive and effective advocacy.

Jason began his legal career as a bankruptcy paralegal at The Bush Law Firm, LLC in Montgomery. There, he gained a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process by assisting attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and client communications. This practical experience, combined with his background in public relations and journalism, has equipped him with the skills necessary to handle complex legal matters and communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications from Jacksonville State University before obtaining his J.D. from Birmingham School of Law in 2023. During law school, he distinguished himself academically and developed a reputation for diligence and professionalism. In 2024, he became a member of the Alabama State Bar and is licensed to practice in all Alabama State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Alabama.

Outside of his professional life, Jason and his wife, Breanna, enjoy traveling, supporting University of Alabama athletics, cheering for the Atlanta Braves, and spending time with their two dogs, Bear and Bryant.
