Sandi Eubank Gregory

Sandi Eubank Gregory has been practicing family law since passing the Alabama State Bar Exam in 1998. With years of experience, she has developed innovative strategies to achieve swift and positive outcomes for her clients. Sandi understands the emotional and overwhelming nature of family law issues, whether they involve divorce, child custody, visitation, or asset division. She is committed to advocating for her clients with compassion, honesty, and integrity, while maintaining the necessary objectivity to guide cases realistically.

Sandi earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her JD from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham. After graduating and passing the Alabama Bar Exam, she began her legal career at a small law office in downtown Birmingham. There, she honed her skills by spending significant time in Family Court and collaborating with the Department of Human Resources (DHR).

In March 2013, Sandi opened her own practice, continuing to serve clients with dedication and integrity. Her firm specializes in Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Domestic Abuse, Grandparent Custody, Stepparent Custody, and Adoption cases.

Outside of her professional life, Sandi enjoys traveling with her husband, Jason J., who is also an attorney, and spending quality time with their children.
