Joshua M. Pendergrass

Joshua M. Pendergrass is a seasoned attorney based in Albertville, Alabama, known for his diverse legal expertise. Raised in Fairview, Tennessee, Josh learned the value of hard work and integrity from his grandparents. He attended Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, on scholarship, graduating in 2007 with University Honors. During his time there, he held multiple leadership roles, including President and Vice President of the Student Body, and was recognized in "Who's Who" of College and University Students.

Josh's early career included serving as pastor for the Bardwell and Corinth United Methodist Churches in Western Kentucky and as Assistant Director of Sports Information at Lambuth. He then coordinated a Tennessee Congressional Campaign before pursuing law at Jones School of Law in Montgomery, where he served on the Honor Court and participated in the Federalist Society. His law school achievements include advancing in moot court competitions and clerking for the Honorable Judge John B. Bush.

After completing law school early, Josh worked as Director of Operations at the Cullman County Sheriff's Office. In May 2011, he joined Watson, Watson, Pendergrass & Ross, and by December 2011, he established Pendergrass Law, focusing on supporting clients through significant life events. His legal practice is marked by a commitment to excellence and client advocacy.
