Brandon N. Smith, born in Mobile, Alabama, in 1989, later moved to Slidell, Louisiana, in 1999. He pursued his undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University, earning a B.S. in Biology in 2012. His legal education was completed at the University Of Alabama School Of Law, where he was one of only two students in his class to complete all three Consumer Bankruptcy Courses offered.
During his time at UA Law School, Brandon served as Articles Editor for the Journal Of The Law Profession in 2014 and 2015. After graduating in 2015, he began his legal career with G. John Dezenberg, Jr., Legal Counsel At Law, focusing exclusively on Consumer Bankruptcy Law, particularly Chapter 7 and 13 cases.
On July 1, 2017, Brandon became a partner at Dezenberg & Smith, P.C., where he continues to specialize in Consumer Bankruptcy Law.
