William O. Walton III

With a wealth of experience from a prestigious law firm, William O. Walton III established the Walton Law Firm to champion the rights of those unable to fight for themselves. Trip's legal approach is informed by his past as a former Golden Gloves Heavyweight Boxing Champion, where he learned the values of honor, dignity, pride, and sportsmanship.

In his college and law school years, Trip enjoyed a remarkable amateur boxing career, achieving an impressive 20-1 record. He secured titles such as the Auburn University and Southeastern Regional Intercollegiate Titles in 1978, won the Georgia Golden Gloves Tournament in 1980, and clinched the Alabama AAU Open-Class Heavyweight Championship in 1981. He concluded his boxing career with a victory in the Alabama Golden Gloves Heavyweight Championship in 1982.

Before founding his firm in 2001, Trip served as a Deputy District Legal Professional in Montgomery County, AL, where he prosecuted numerous felony cases, including capital murder, murder, rape, robbery, and drug trafficking offenses. This experience honed his trial skills and deepened his understanding of the legal system.
