David Trice

David Trice leads the Trice Law Group with a commitment to providing exceptional and personalized legal services to families and businesses. His practice encompasses business law and litigation, probate and estate planning, and healthcare law.

Before establishing his own firm, David gained valuable experience at prominent law firms in Mobile and served as in-house counsel for DocRx, Inc., a healthcare organization. This diverse background allows him to offer practical, tailored solutions to his clients, identifying and addressing legal challenges effectively.

David is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2015. His early career included a pivotal role as a judicial clerk for the Circuit Court of Baldwin County, Alabama, which significantly shaped his legal acumen.

In 2023, David was recognized as one of Mobile Bay's 40 Under 40. He actively participates in the legal community through memberships in the Mobile and Baldwin County Bar Associations, the American Inns of Court, and the American Health Law Association. Since 2018, he has contributed to the Mobile Bar mentoring committee.
