Allan Lamar Armstrong

Allan L. Armstrong is the founder of the Armstrong Law Center and has been a dedicated attorney since 1988. A lifelong resident of Birmingham, Alabama, he is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in Alabama, including the Alabama Supreme Court, and holds specialty admissions to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Armstrong earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Throughout his career, he has represented both individuals and businesses, ranging from small enterprises to large corporations, across the nation.

In the mid-1990s, Mr. Armstrong shifted his focus towards representing families in commercial disputes, both as plaintiffs and defendants. This experience led him to concentrate on plaintiff representation in civil actions, not only in Alabama but also in other parts of the United States. He has successfully represented thousands of class members and victims of mass torts, addressing and halting abusive and illegal practices.

Mr. Armstrong is also well-regarded for his work in employment and civil rights litigation, demonstrating a strong commitment to protecting the rights of his clients.
