Anne Reilly Moses

Anne R. Moses is a distinguished attorney in Birmingham, Alabama, focusing on Elder Law and Estate Planning. She earned her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University and her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. Anne is admitted to practice law in New York and Alabama and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.

Anne is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and has previously served as Chair of the Elder Law Services Committee of the Birmingham Bar Association. She is a co-founder and secretary of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama State Bar and has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America by Consumer GuideSM.

Her contributions extend to mediation, having earned her Mediation Certification from the Alabama State Bar. Anne serves on the Board of the SOS Foundation and is a past President of the Estate Planning Council of Birmingham. She has also held leadership roles such as co-Chair of the Outreach Committee for the Planned Giving Council and past Director of the Birmingham Bar Foundation.
