Richard Frankowski

Richard S. Frankowski is the owner of The Frankowski Firm, LLC, located in Birmingham, Alabama, and Incline Village, Nevada. With extensive experience, he has represented numerous investors nationwide in FINRA arbitrations and court proceedings. His legal focus includes stock broker fraud, consumer class actions, and direct and derivative shareholder litigation.

Mr. Frankowski holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale Hubbell, highlighting his esteemed reputation in the legal community. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama and Florida and is affiliated with the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and National Trial Lawyers.

In 2013, Mr. Frankowski co-authored "The Practitioner's Guide to Securities Arbitration" alongside Jason Doss. This publication is utilized in multiple law schools to educate students on the securities arbitration process.

Richard Frankowski's academic background includes a B.A. in Political Science from Georgetown University in 1993, followed by an M.A. in 1997. He completed his J.D./M.B.A. at the University of Alabama School of Law and the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business in 2000.
