C. Brandon Sellers III

C. Brandon Sellers III has built a legal career rooted in the principle of treating clients as he would wish to be treated. With a personal touch in every case, Brandon has been actively involved in his practice for over 28 years. His approach is characterized by aggressive representation combined with honesty and integrity.

Born in Houston, Texas, Brandon moved to Greenville, Alabama, at six years old. He completed his education at Butler County public schools, graduating from Greenville High School in 1986, Troy State University in 1989, and the University of Alabama School of Law in 1993. Following law school, he initially worked at a law firm in North Alabama before returning to Greenville in 1995 to establish his own practice. Since then, he has expanded his practice to include offices in Montgomery, Selma, and Troy.

Brandon has represented over 12,000 clients since 1993, securing significant settlements in personal injury cases. He also has experience defending clients in high-profile criminal cases, including those involving rape, robbery, murder, and capital murder.

Currently, Brandon's practice focuses on Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability/SSI, Personal Injury, and Worker's Compensation. He finds fulfillment in using his skills to assist clients every day.

A dedicated family man, Brandon is the father of three children—Mallory, Grace, and Carlin—and the grandfather of Jack and Daniel. He and his family are active members of First Baptist Church in Greenville, and he serves on the Butler County Board of Education. Brandon enjoys riding motorcycles, collecting classic cars, and scuba diving, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his children.
