About Samantha Valenzuela
Samantha Rhoades Valenzuela (formerly Samantha R. Sellers) established The Valenzuela Law Firm, LLC in 2015 in the Wiregrass area. After over a decade of practicing Social Security Disability/SSI and Bankruptcy Law at large firms, she returned to provide personalized legal services to her community.
Born in Dothan and raised in Ozark, Samantha graduated from George W. Long High School in 1997 and earned her degree from Troy University, Dothan in 2001. She attended law school at the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, receiving her Juris Doctor in 2005 and passing the Alabama State Bar that same year.
Her extensive experience in representing numerous clients in Montgomery equipped her with the knowledge to establish her own practice. Through her work at large firms, Samantha learned the importance of client treatment and service quality.
Samantha is an active member of professional legal organizations, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). She holds membership in the Alabama State Bar and is licensed to practice in all Alabama state courts, the Middle and Southern Districts of Federal District Court, the Federal Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, she is a certified Arbitrator, Mediator, and Guardian ad Litem.
Samantha is married to Enrique Valenzuela and is a mother to three children: Julia Grace Sellers, Carlin Sellers, and Victor Valenzuela.
