Bradley G. McNutt

B. Grant McNutt is the managing partner of Bond, Botes, Sykstus, Tanner & McNutt, P.C., with offices in Florence and Haleyville, Alabama. He specializes in consumer bankruptcy law, a field he has been practicing since 1999. Born and raised in Winfield, Alabama, Grant has a strong commitment to helping clients navigate financial challenges.

Grant completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, earning a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Finance with a focus on accounting in August 1995. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Birmingham School of Law in August 1998 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1999.

He is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, as well as the United States Tax Court.

Grant's professional affiliations include the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Alabama State Bar and the Lauderdale County Bar Association. Outside of his legal practice, he is involved with the Highland Park Baptist Church.

Grant enjoys dining at Ricatoni’s in Florence, Alabama, and has a fondness for Italian cuisine. He also admits to enjoying Chick-fil-A, appreciating its fast-food convenience.
