Ayensa Millan

Ayensa I. Millan serves as a Senior Lobbyist and Managing Attorney at CIMA Law Group, where her practice focuses on immigration law, criminal law, and personal injury law. Additionally, she has been appointed as a Judge Pro Tem by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, presiding over various hearings, including criminal misdemeanor and traffic arraignments, juvenile alcohol, driving and curfew arraignments, as well as criminal jury and non-jury trials, orders of protection hearings, and harassment injunctions.

Originally from Puerto Penasco, Mexico, Ayensa immigrated to Phoenix, Arizona, where she has established a respected reputation among government agencies and in the corporate sector. Her dedication to her community is driven by personal experiences, allowing her to understand and address the challenges faced by those she assists.

Ayensa also shares her expertise through two radio shows, providing litigation advice and information on criminal and immigration matters. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has previously served as the Chair of the Immigration Section of the Arizona State Bar.
