Brian T. Allen

Brian T. Allen, an Arizona native, has devoted nearly three decades to representing injury victims across the state and nationwide. After earning his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, Brian embarked on a legal career marked by a steadfast commitment to his clients' rights.

Brian's practice focuses on serious injury and wrongful death cases, handling a diverse array of incidents, including automobile, motorcycle, truck, and boat accidents, premises liability, swimming pool incidents, dog attacks, sexual assaults, gun-related injuries, and defective product claims. His extensive trial experience has earned him the designation of Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Law by the State Bar of Arizona, a rare honor bestowed on less than 1% of attorneys in the state.
