Michael Throneberry

Michael Throneberry has devoted almost twenty years to representing victims of mesothelioma and asbestos-related lung cancer. He plays an active role in every case his practice accepts, overseeing deposition preparations, managing discovery, and negotiating favorable outcomes for clients.

His legal career began in St. Louis, where he engaged in commercial litigation for individuals, small businesses, and multinational corporations. Following the loss of his father-in-law to mesothelioma, he shifted his focus entirely to asbestos exposure cases. As a trial team leader at a nationally recognized plaintiff's firm, he worked on numerous cases, achieving substantial recoveries for clients.

Michael Throneberry has been acknowledged for his expertise in Asbestos/Mesothelioma law, earning the position of President of the Top 10 National Asbestos/Mesothelioma Trial Lawyers for 2025.

He earned a Civil Engineering degree from Purdue University and served with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He furthered his education with a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Marshall University before obtaining his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
