Jennifer Mihalovich

Jennifer Mihalovich has been an integral part of the Arizona Law Group since 2016, working from the Chandler office. Her extensive experience in managing complex family support cases has earned her recognition for her courtroom and case management expertise. Previously, Jennifer dedicated 16 years to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, focusing on paternity, child support establishment, and enforcement across local, interstate, and international matters.

Jennifer is particularly skilled in handling modifications of existing child support orders and managing interstate legal suits. Her role as Assistant Attorney General equipped her with the tools necessary to adeptly guide parents through Arizona divorce and child custody proceedings. During her tenure at the Attorney General’s Office, she managed a substantial caseload, handling between 350 to 550 active cases and conducting 22 to 25 hearings weekly.

Jennifer is highly regarded within the legal community for her professionalism, strong litigation abilities, and unwavering focus. Known for her efficiency and decisiveness, she is often described as a perfectionist in her work and as reliable as the sunrise. Her approachable and friendly demeanor makes her a valued colleague and a dedicated volunteer at "Neighbors Who Care," where she delivers meals to homebound elderly clients.

Outside the courtroom, Jennifer is an advocate for health and fitness. She enjoys playing tennis, hiking, camping, and trail running in the Arizona desert. Her favorite travel destinations include any place with beaches or mountains.
