Randy Nussbaum

Randy Nussbaum, a shareholder at Sacks Tierney P.A., brings more than 35 years of experience to his practice in bankruptcy protection, transaction, and litigation matters. Known for his innovative strategies, he adeptly aligns courtroom tactics to meet his clients' objectives. Mr. Nussbaum holds the distinction of being a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist by the Arizona Board of Judicial Specialization and a Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification.

Throughout his career, Randy has received numerous peer recognitions for his professional, civic, and charitable contributions. Since 2010, he has been consistently listed among The Best Lawyers in America© and has been named to the Super Lawyers’ “Top 50” list of Arizona attorneys four times.

Mr. Nussbaum is deeply committed to community service. A graduate of Scottsdale Leadership in 1990, he has volunteered with the organization for over 27 years, serving on its Advisory Board and earning the Frank W. Hodges Alumni Achievement Award. He also contributes to the advisory boards of the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, the Scottsdale Historical Society, and Scottsdale Community College. Additionally, he serves as a Sterling Awards Jurist for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, where he was honored with the Volunteer of the Year Award in 2017.
