Richard Gramlich

Richard C. Gramlich is a dedicated attorney with over 30 years of experience practicing law in both State and Federal Court. He focuses his practice on Insurance Bad Faith, Business, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and Product Liability. He is known for representing business owners in disputes and handling cases involving construction defects, non-pay/stop-pay claims, delay claims, professional misconduct, and Registrar of Contractor’s hearings.

Mr. Gramlich is well-regarded for his effective representation of consumers against insurance companies. Notably, he served as lead counsel for the Scottsdale “W” Hotel’s construction defect and delay claim and achieved significant verdicts for damages caused by expansive soil in Arizona.

He has successfully litigated numerous Business Tort, Personal Injury, Product Liability, and Insurance Bad Faith cases, earning substantial recoveries for his clients. His tenacity in the courtroom has led many clients to nickname him the “Bulldog.”

Mr. Gramlich graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Real Estate in 1989. He went on to earn his law degree from the Arizona State University College of Law, finishing in the top third of his class in 1992.
