Brad Bearnson

Brad Bearnson is a highly regarded attorney serving clients in both Cave Creek, Arizona, and Logan, Utah. He has built a notable career across various legal fields, including personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, business law, tax law, estate planning, labor and employment law, and commercial litigation. His primary focus is on advocating for victims of personal injury and product liability, ensuring they receive just compensation for their losses.

Brad's extensive business background allows him to adeptly handle commercial litigation and other business-related legal matters. He is admitted to practice in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, and Wyoming, frequently appearing in both state and federal courts, including the Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Previously, Brad served as general counsel for Icon Health & Fitness, Inc., managing complex legal issues from mergers and acquisitions to product liability and employment law. His mediation experience is extensive, having mediated over 400 disputes.

Brad graduated from Utah State University with a B.A. in accounting in 1979 and earned his CPA designation the same year. He completed his J.D. at the University of Utah in 1982 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar. In 2011, he was recognized as one of Utah’s Best of the Best litigators.

He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell for his judicial ability and ethical standards, the highest rating available. Brad is also a member of the Utah Association for Justice and the Attorneys’ Information Exchange Group.
