Mark A. Kille

Mark A. Kille is the owner and operator of Mingus Mountain Law Group PLLC, located in the scenic region of Northern Arizona. His practice is dedicated solely to representing individuals who have suffered injuries. Mark is adept at handling all stages of litigation, including arbitration, mediation, trials, and appeals. Coming from a large family, he extends a familial level of care to each client, passionately advocating for their rightful financial recovery.

Mark is committed to giving back to the community that has provided him with numerous opportunities. As part of the Volunteer Courtroom Counsel Program, he donates countless hours each year to offer legal assistance to those unable to afford it. His dedication has earned him recognition, receiving the 2007-2008 Yavapai County New Volunteer Attorney of the Year award, followed by the 2008-2009 Yavapai County Pro Bono Attorney of the Year award.

In addition to his legal practice, Mark has served on the Board of Directors for both the Prescott Habitat for Humanity and Franklin Phonetic School. He and his family are active members of Lifepointe Church in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Mark also contributes to the community as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a foster parent.

Mark is licensed to practice law in all state courts in Arizona and Missouri, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Missouri, the District of Arizona, and the District of Colorado. He actively participates in the Arizona Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Yavapai Bar Association.
