Abdoukadir Jaiteh offers a strategic edge in legal representation, drawing from his extensive experience within the insurance industry. Prior to advocating for plaintiffs, Abdul spent significant time working with insurers, developing an in-depth understanding of claim evaluations, negotiations, and fraud detection. Abdul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he achieved Dean’s List honors and received the Colorado Scholars Award. He later completed his Juris Doctor at the Phoenix School of Law, earning multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and serving in leadership roles in Moot Court and Law Review.

His legal career began in defense litigation for insurers, providing him firsthand insight into defending claims. Now, as a plaintiff's attorney, Abdul leverages his experience as an insurance adjuster, corporate attorney, and plaintiff's lawyer to advocate for clients in motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries through his practice, Accident Justice.
