In 1999, he graduated with honors from Whittier Law School in Irvine, California, where he also led the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, offering free legal advice on estate and tax planning. His legal acumen was further honed through his role as a legal assistant to the Honorable Paul G. Rosenblatt of the US District Court, District of Arizona.
