David Roy Gans Mercer

David Roy Gans Mercer is a dedicated attorney practicing in El Mirage, Arizona. He earned his law degree from Arizona Summit Law School and furthered his education with an LL.M. from Arizona State University School of Law. David is admitted to practice in all state courts in Arizona as well as the Federal District Court – District of Arizona.

David initially founded AZ 3D Law, a nonprofit law office focused on aiding low-to-moderate income individuals with family law, bankruptcy, probate, and estate planning disputes. His passion for helping those who might not otherwise afford legal representation was evident in his commitment to the underrepresented. David's most fulfilling experiences involved assisting clients in overcoming seemingly insurmountable legal challenges.

Currently, David leads Cactus Blossom Litigation, where he continues to extend his legal services beyond Maricopa County, traveling throughout Arizona. He is particularly drawn to providing representation in rural counties, addressing the significant access to justice issues prevalent in these areas. David's personal experiences in family court without formal legal training have fueled his dedication to guiding others through the complexities of the legal system.

Outside of his legal work, David enjoys a variety of hobbies, including gaming, creating art, and exploring culinary experiences. He is also a passionate traveler, often visiting wineries. David is married with three children, whose influence has shaped his perspectives on family and fatherhood. Originally from California, David considers Arizona his true home, having relocated long before it became a trend.
