About Randolph Wolfson

Randolph D. Wolfson, Esq. has been a prominent figure in the legal field since 1982. His career includes a significant appointment to the National Selective Service System Draft Board in 2008, following nominations by both Arizona Governor Hon. Janet Napolitano and U.S. President Hon. George W. Bush. Mr. Wolfson also served as a Judge for the Indiana State Utilities Commission and shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University in Naples, Florida, where he taught Introduction to Law. Additionally, he instructed Municipal Law Enforcement at The Indianapolis Police Academy.

In 1967, Mr. Wolfson was ordained as a minister by Calvary Chapel in Phoenix, Arizona, a role he continues to fulfill. Raised in the Washington, D.C. area, he completed his undergraduate studies at Purdue University in 1978 with a B.A. in History and Political Science, followed by a law degree from the Indiana School of Law in 1982.

Mr. Wolfson's contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the Congressional Medal of Distinction Award in 2001 for Leadership and Vision, the 2002 Republican Gold Medal, and the 2003 National Businessman of the Year Award, all from the National Republican Congressional Committee.

He has held influential roles as the Arizona representative and Honorary Chairman of the National Business Advisory Council of the National Republican Congressional Committee from 2001 to 2005. His civic engagements include serving on The Charity Solicitations Commission in Indianapolis, advising the 1982 Pan-American Games, the Indianapolis 500 Committee on Transportation, and the Indianapolis Commission for Downtown. He was also the Vice-Chairman of the West Lafayette, Indiana Housing Authority and a representative to the West Lafayette City Council.

Currently, Mr. Wolfson is a board member of the West Valley Food Bank in Sun City, Arizona. He founded a solo law practice in Lafayette, Indiana in 1982, focusing on Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning, before relocating to Tempe in 1987.
