Heath McWhorter

Heath McWhorter, a native of Arizona, brings extensive experience and local insight to his legal practice. Born in Yuma, Arizona, Heath spent his formative years on farms and ranches in Southern Arizona before moving to the Greater Phoenix area during his teenage years. He is a proud alumnus of Mesa Community College and Arizona State University, where he earned both his accounting and law degrees.

In 2002, Heath established the McWhorter Law Firm, where he has since practiced in the areas of real estate, business, probate, estate planning, and family law. His deep understanding of the law comes from his dual perspective as both a litigator and a client.
