Mr. Sparling's legal journey began as an extern at the Maricopa County Superior Court. He then transitioned to representing clients in insurance coverage disputes. A graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, he has dedicated his career to criminal law. His initial role was with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled serious felony cases and developed expertise in complex, multi-million-dollar white-collar litigation with a focus on restitution.

Timothy Sparling has an impressive appellate track record and is recognized in published Arizona Supreme Court precedents.
