Alex Lane

Alex Lane graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Northern Arizona University in 1993. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a production and finance manager at Landmark Education. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Beginning his legal career as a prosecutor, Mr. Lane focused on vehicular crimes at the Maricopa County Lawyer’s Office. His work there involved handling cases related to Felony DUI/DWI, vehicular homicide, aggravated assault, and similar offenses. He also managed a variety of other criminal matters including theft, identity theft, forgery, fraud, domestic violence, and drug-related disputes.

In 2004, Mr. Lane transitioned to criminal defense, leveraging his prosecutorial experience to defend individuals charged with various offenses. Joining a prominent criminal defense firm in the Phoenix area, he represented clients in cases involving domestic violence, DUI, aggravated assault due to DUI, drug trafficking, drug possession, weapons charges, and appeals for post-conviction relief.

Mr. Lane is dedicated to defending those accused of crimes such as felony/extreme/aggravated DUI, forgery, aggravated assault, probation violations, robbery, theft, fraud, homicide, juvenile violations, identity theft, domestic violence, vehicular manslaughter, and drug-related offenses.
