Brian Glen Winter

Brian Glen Winter earned his B.A. in Government & Politics in 1990, followed by his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 1993. His legal expertise spans Family Law, Divorce Mediation, Divorce Collaborative Law, Probate Law, and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Winter is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Connecticut, New York, and Florida, and is also admitted to the United States District Court, District of Connecticut. A native of Connecticut, he was deeply involved in his community and served on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County, Inc. from 2006 to 2012. During his tenure, he chaired the Site Selection Committee and acted as judicial counsel.

Currently, Mr. Winter is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association. His proficiency in Family Law is recognized by his Lead Counsel Rating, which underscores his strong judicial record, solid reputation, and ethical practice. In 2008, he received the prestigious "Second Mile Award" from Habitat for Humanity, acknowledging his leadership and dedication to the organization.
