Bryan Folger

Bryan Folger established the Folger Law Firm in Phoenix, Arizona, after years of representing multinational insurance companies and corporations. Bryan earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2003, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento in 2005. He is admitted to practice in Arizona and California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court of Arizona, and the Northern District of California.

In terms of leadership and contributions, Bryan was the Editor and Co-Author of the American Trucking Associations' “Whistleblower Law 50-State Compendium” in 2013. He has presented arguments before the Arizona Court of Appeals, resulting in numerous reported decisions.
