Ian Hasegawa

Ian Hasegawa, Esq., MBA, is a distinguished attorney based in Glendale, Arizona, with a focus on Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Small Business Planning. Ian holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is fluent in Spanish, a skill honed during his time volunteering in South America.

Ian's professional journey began in the international division of Charles Schwab & Co., where he gained significant experience before transitioning to UPS. At UPS, he specialized in international business development, consulting with importers and exporters on process improvement and trade law compliance. It was during this period that Ian pursued his law degree.

Before founding his own practice, Ian contributed his expertise to the well-known Asset Protection firm, Lodmell & Lodmell, and previously practiced at a full-service estate planning and probate firm in Arizona. His comprehensive experience with complex probates, conservatorships, estate planning, trust administration, and business entity formation enhances his ability to serve his clients effectively.

Ian is a member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals and participates in both local and national Asian Bar Associations. Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Ian is now a naturalized U.S. citizen residing in the Phoenix area with his wife, Michelle, who owns a massage therapy and spa business, and their son. Ian enjoys adventure racing, mountain biking, and off-road motorcycling with his son.
