Melinda Silk

Melinda Silk is a seasoned attorney practicing in La Paz County, Arizona, with a focus on domestic relations, including divorce, child custody, and paternity matters. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law (S.J. Quinney College of Law) in 1997, where she was honored as a William H. Leary Scholar and received the Utah Bar Foundation's Ethics Award. During her time in law school, Melinda gained valuable experience clerking for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

After graduation, Melinda relocated to Lake Havasu City, Arizona, where she initially worked in Indian Gaming. She later transitioned to the Law Defenders Office as a Legal Defender. Her career path then led her to join Wachtel, Biehn & Malm, where she practiced for a year before establishing her own office in 2005.
