Seth A. White

Seth A. White is a dedicated attorney with deep roots in Northwest Arkansas, being a sixth-generation native and a graduate of the last unified class of Rogers High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, where he excelled as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athlete and a Crossroads League All-Conference baseball player. Transitioning from sports, Seth channeled his competitive spirit into a legal career.

While attending the University of Arkansas School of Law, Seth gained practical experience as a Rule XV Student Practitioner at the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office. He contributed to the Journal of Food Law & Policy as a Note & Comment Editor and clerked for both the Arkansas Counsel General’s Office and Benton County Circuit Court Judge Brad Karren.

After graduating, Seth began his legal career in Little Rock, Arkansas, representing defendants in civil jury trials for major insurance companies. His efforts consistently resulted in favorable verdicts across the state.

Motivated by his experiences, Seth shifted his focus to advocating for individuals facing challenges with insurance companies, driven by a sense of duty to ensure fair treatment for the injured.
