Originally from Arkadelphia, Clinton now resides in Little Rock with his wife and four children. He is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, where he played football and participated as a ROTC cadet. Clinton holds the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army IRR. He earned his law degree with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2015.
