Hillary Branham

Hillary Branham spent her early years in Magnolia, Arkansas, before relocating to Benton during her teenage years. She graduated from Benton High School and pursued higher education at Arkansas Tech University, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in political science and an associate degree in criminal justice. Her legal education continued at the William H. Bowen School of Law at UA Little Rock.

Branham's motivation to pursue a legal career stems from her dedication to serving others. She recognized that becoming a lawyer would enable her to provide critical assistance during pivotal moments in people's lives.

During her time in law school, Branham gained valuable experience working at Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A., and clerking at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton. She also clerked at the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas, where she served as a Rule XV certified student attorney, and at McClelland Law Firm, P.A.

Prior to rejoining Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, Branham worked as an associate attorney at McClelland Law Firm, P.A. She is enthusiastic about her role at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, where she focuses on alleviating the challenges her clients face, particularly in dealing with insurance companies, allowing them to concentrate on recovery.

Outside of her professional life, Branham enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include baking, reading, and traveling with her extended family.
