Michael Darren O'Quinn

Darren O'Quinn is a distinguished attorney recognized for his exceptional courtroom skills and ethical standards. Originating from Arkadelphia, Arkansas, he began his legal career in 1985 as a law clerk at the prestigious Arkansas firm House, Holmes & Jewell, which later became known as Dover & Dixon. After earning his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1987, he joined the firm's Litigation Section. There, he specialized in defending insurers, healthcare professionals, and personal injury cases, eventually becoming a partner.

In 2002, Mr. O'Quinn co-founded The Law Offices of Darren O'Quinn, shifting his focus to prosecuting the types of cases he previously defended. With over 30 years of experience, he brings a unique perspective to case preparation and trial strategy, aiming to hold negligent parties accountable.

Mr. O'Quinn holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, awarded in 1984, and is a licensed pharmacist. He also graduated from Henderson State University with degrees in chemistry, biology, and mathematics.

He serves as an assistant professor of Pharmacy Law at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy and lectures at Harding University College of Pharmacy. Mr. O'Quinn is admitted to practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts, including the Arkansas Supreme Court, the United States District Courts of Arkansas, and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
