Josh A. Eason

Growing up in Piggott, Arkansas, Josh A. Eason was immersed in the construction industry from a young age. With both grandfathers as contractors and his father owning a flooring store, Josh gained invaluable hands-on experience working on construction sites. This early exposure laid the foundation for his expertise in construction law.

In addition to his work as a flooring installer, Josh managed maintenance for his father's rental properties, gaining insights into real estate development and property management. These experiences have enhanced his ability to connect with clients, particularly those dealing with injuries related to construction or real estate issues.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in audio engineering from Middle Tennessee State University before embarking on a sales career. His passion for law led him to pursue a legal education at Bowen Law School in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and the Eastern and Western District Courts of the United States.

For four decades, Josh successfully ran his own solo practice, honing his skills in civil and family law as both a litigator and transactional attorney. He recently joined WH Law, where he is eager to contribute to the firm's commitment to client service and legal innovation.
