Kacey Ziegler

Kacey Ziegler brings over ten years of experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law, along with more than two decades in real estate issues. She guides clients in estate planning to achieve their objectives cost-effectively and assists families through the complexities of probate, adult guardianships, and Medicaid qualification.

Kacey frequently lectures on topics like revocable and irrevocable trusts, probate avoidance, and advanced directives. In October 2023, she established the Maumelle Law Group, following nine years as an associate attorney at another estate planning firm.

Her passion for real estate was ignited during her seven-year tenure in the escrow department at Lenders Title Company. This experience motivated her to earn a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law, where she served as a 3L law clerk for Honorable Justice Annabelle Imber Tuck at the Arkansas Supreme Court.

Before entering private practice, Kacey worked in compliance at the Little Rock Housing Authority and served as Chief Investigator at the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission. These roles inform her current work with landlords, tenants, and real estate investors.

Kacey has been active in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Hospice Foundation, Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce, and Maumelle Philanthropists. She is also a former member of the Junior League of Little Rock. Kacey is a proud mother of two and a devoted pet owner to an Aussie Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix.
