Elijah Thomas Kemp

Elijah Thomas Kemp was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia before pursuing a legal education at the UALR Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. Kemp is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, with admissions to the Federal District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of the state.

Early in his career, Kemp worked at a small firm in Hot Springs, handling a diverse range of civil cases, including personal injury, insurance, contract, and real estate matters. His dedication to advocating for the people of Arkansas led him to join Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, where he continues to serve his clients with a strong work ethic and a commitment to addressing their needs.

Outside of his professional life, Kemp enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities such as fishing and boating on Arkansas's scenic lakes and rivers. He is also an avid supporter of Arkansas Razorbacks athletics and enjoys adventures with his German Shepherd dog. Active in his community, Kemp participates in church activities and supports various non-profit organizations.
