Moseley Cary Collins III

Moseley Cary Collins III has devoted over 34 years to practicing personal injury law, exclusively representing injured clients. His legal career is marked by a steadfast commitment to client advocacy, having never represented an insurance company.

He earned a B.A. in History from the University of Florida in 1969, followed by a post-B.A. in Psychology in 1971. After completing a four-year Bible College, he graduated from law school in 1979 and successfully passed the California bar exam on his first attempt, becoming a licensed attorney in 1980.

In addition to his private practice, he has volunteered with the District Legal Professional's Office and the Public Defender's Office. He was the founding President of MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) in Santa Clara County and serves as a settlement Judge-Protem in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties.

Moseley Cary Collins III is a member of the California State Bar, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. A proud Christian attorney, he accepted Jesus Christ as his savior in 1972 and continues to express his faith through his work and daily life.

He teaches the Bible on the radio through his program “Real Christianity,” broadcast on KFIA (AM-710) weekdays at 12 noon and Sundays at 12:30 p.m. Outside of his legal career, he is a family man, married with six children. His passion for law stems from his desire to guide and assist those in need.
