Kelly Shane O'Reilly

Kelly O'Reilly is a founding partner of Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC and brings a wealth of experience from his tenure as a District Adjudications Officer with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service in Los Angeles and Orange County.
