Mike Singh Sethi

Mike Singh Sethi, an esteemed attorney at the U.S. Law Center, is known for his expertise in immigration law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University Dominguez Hills in 1995. He then obtained his law degree from the American College of Law, graduating in the top three percent of his class and receiving seven AM-JUR Bancroft-Whitney Awards for academic excellence.

Mr. Sethi is a member of the California Bar and has amassed over ten years of experience in complex immigration matters. His broad knowledge encompasses employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, family-based permanent residence, and naturalization processes. He is particularly experienced in preparing and filing labor certifications and PERM applications.
