September Joy Katje

September Joy Katje completed her Juris Doctorate at the California Western School of Law in San Diego, graduating Cum Laude and earning a place on the Dean's Honor List. She was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in both Contracts I and II. During her time at law school, Ms. Katje contributed as an Associate Editor for the Law Review and the International Law Journal.

Admitted to the California State Bar in 2003, Ms. Katje is a member of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in all courts within California, including all Federal District Courts. Additionally, Ms. Katje is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate.

Ms. Katje has collaborated with prestigious firms such as Morrison & Foerster, recognized as Chambers Global's USA Law Firm of the Year in 2013 and ranked among the top 10 law firms by U.S. News and World Report. Her expertise in litigation and real estate has enabled her to negotiate settlements against major lenders, addressing issues like lender fraud, predatory lending, unfair business practices, and violations of the Homeowner Bill of Rights, TILA, and RESPA.

Her practice also extends to personal injury and medical malpractice cases, where she advocates for plaintiffs.
