Benjamin Paul Feld

Benjamin P. Feld serves as a partner at Ghitterman, Ghitterman & Feld, where he has been advocating for injured workers since 2002. He brings extensive expertise in Workers’ Recovery, Social Security Disability, and third-party litigation. As a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Financial Recovery with the State Bar of California, Mr. Feld is one of only four attorneys in the county with this distinction.

Mr. Feld's legal work has not only secured favorable outcomes for his clients but has also contributed to citable appellate precedents. He oversees the firm’s Human Resources and IT operations, spearheading the transition to a paperless system.

Mr. Feld graduated from the Santa Barbara College of Law and remains an active alumnus. He is a member of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association, a key group for workers’ recovery attorneys. His professional journey is complemented by a solid business background.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Feld was a business owner for a decade, gaining firsthand experience with workplace challenges. On a personal note, he enjoys family time with his wife, Rhonda Henderson, and their five children. His hobbies include running on local beaches, traveling, and participating in community activities.
