Luis Macias Jr

Luis Macias Jr. is a distinguished litigator and trial lawyer with a focus on immigration law, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. He earned his law degree from the esteemed University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. Early in his career, Luis served as a clerk for the Honorable Stuart R. Pollak at the California Court of Appeal and as a law clerk for the Department of Justice, Office of the Legal Counsel General.

After completing his education, Luis began his legal journey at a prominent San Diego defense firm. There, he represented public entities and insurance companies in personal injury and civil litigation. Driven by a passion for advocating for individuals rather than corporations, Luis founded his own practice in 2011. He leveraged his civil litigation experience to branch into criminal and immigration law, receiving mentorship from former prosecutor and defense attorney George Siddell.

Today, Luis dedicates his practice to defending individuals and families in U.S. Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He also represents clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges in the Superior Court of California and assists victims of serious injuries.
