Andrew I. Shadoff

Andrew I. Shadoff serves as a partner in the Litigation department at JMBM, where he is an integral member of the Appellate, Patent Litigation, and Professional Liability Defense Groups. He has extensive experience in litigating a diverse range of cases, such as legal and actuarial malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, as well as commercial lease and contract disputes.

Andrew frequently advises California businesses on corporate governance and management, representing clients across various sectors, including international law firms, national restaurant chains, major record labels, and commercial landlords. His involvement spans every phase of litigation and arbitration, from initial investigation to trial and appeal.

Andrew has achieved favorable outcomes for his clients at various stages, including the pleading stage and summary judgment. He has also successfully authored briefs for appeals in California's Second District Court of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys playing beach volleyball and tennis, indulging in literature, cooking, and exploring new destinations.
