Daniel Wade Watkins

Daniel W. Watkins is a highly experienced trial attorney and litigator with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. He has conducted more than 50 jury and bench trials, securing significant victories for both large corporations and individual clients in California and Wisconsin. His practice encompasses a wide array of legal areas, including Healthcare Compliance, Commercial Litigation, Unfair Business Practices, Fraud, Breach of Contract, Battery, Premises Liability, Product Defect, Medical Malpractice, Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Construction Defect, Unfair Competition, Defamation, and Trade Secret cases.

In a notable case in December 2003, Mr. Watkins initiated litigation against Health South Surgery Centers-West, Inc., revealing substantial mismanagement and misconduct within the company's operations. Additionally, he has been engaged by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California to conduct investigations into employment discrimination and harassment.

Mr. Watkins has extensive experience serving as Cumis counsel and panel counsel for some of the nation's largest insurance companies.
