Michael A. Klitzke

Michael A. Klitzke is a distinguished litigation attorney focusing on Auto Fraud and Lemon Law cases across California. He graduated summa cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2014, where he was actively involved as an Editor for the Law Review and competed nationally with the Mock Trial Team.

Before founding Auto Law, Mr. Klitzke developed his skills at the Auto Fraud Courtroom Center from 2015 to 2023, representing a wide array of clients in both state and federal courts. His legal acumen is well-demonstrated in the case Pulliam v. HNL Automotive, Inc., 13 Cal.5th 127 (2022), where the California Supreme Court's decision mandated a finance company to cover all attorney fees, facilitating consumer access to legal services.

Mr. Klitzke's achievements have been recognized with the 2022 Best of the Bar award, highlighting one of the top 100 verdicts in California. He has also been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2020 to 2023 and featured in the prestigious Who's Who in America for California in 2020.

In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Klitzke is passionate about legal scholarship. He has co-authored articles on significant legal implications, including Sanchez v. Valencia Holding Co., and served as an editor for publications such as "Your Brain and Law School" by Marybeth Herald and "Drones and Targeted Killing" by Marjorie Cohn.
