Greg Philip Stefflre

Greg Stefflre is the Chief Executive of Rail Delivery Services, a pioneering motor carrier in southern California's drayage and distribution sector since 1981. With over forty years of experience in transportation law, Greg has played a pivotal role in numerous progressive industry initiatives. He co-founded the California Trucking Association Intermodal Steering Committee, now known as the Intermodal Conference, and the American Trucking Association's Intermodal Conference, where he served as Chairman from 1990 to 1991.

From 1989 to 1992, Greg was a member of the American Trucking Associations Policy & Finance Committee. He also served as a founding board member of the Intermodal Association of North America from 1991 to 1997, later becoming an At-Large member from 2006 to 2010, Vice Chairman in 2008, and Chairman in 2009. Greg was the primary author of the Uniform Intermodal Interchange Agreement and served as an IIEC motor carrier member from 1991 to 2011.

His contributions include being a key author of the consensus legislation for the Intermodal Safe Container Act and testifying before Congress on behalf of motor carriers. He was also the primary negotiator for revisions to the ISCA regarding commodity description rules. Greg is a founding board member of the Center for International Trade and Transportation and lectures in the Global Logistics Program at California State University at Long Beach.

In recognition of their lifetime contributions to the intermodal industry, Greg and his wife Judi, the founder of Rail Delivery Services, received the Intermodal Association of North America's 2005 Silver Kingpin award, the industry's highest honor.
